The Form below is to be used by Timbercrest residents to request project approval from the architectural review committee.
Projects requiring approval are those significantly changing the property or structure or those projects requiring a building permit from Unity Township. Examples are swimming pools, walls, tree removal (with a trunk greater than six inches, etc).
