Welcome to the Estates at Timbercrest, an upscale development of custom homes at the base of the Laurel Mountains. The Form below is to be used by Timbercrest residents to request project approval from the architectural review committee.
Projects requiring approval are those changing the exterior of your home and/or those projects requiring a building permit from Unity Township. Examples are swimming pools, walls, painting, roof replacement, tree removal (with a trunk greater than six inches), etc.
Pool installation approvals have a separate form available on the member page. You must log on to the site to find.
